MISI
- Untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan obstetric & ginekologi yang cekap, adil dan saksama mampu disedia dan diperolehi kepada semua wanita melalui penggunaan teknologi yang sesuai dan terkini serta memenuhi kehendak pelanggan dan penekanan kepad kualiti, inovasi, promosi kesihatan, hormat kepad kemuliaan insan serta menggalakkkan tanggungjawab individu dan penyertaan masyarakat ke arah peningkatan kualiti kehidupan selaras dengan wawasan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia.
VISI
- Untuk menjadi sebuah institusi kecemerlangan dalam perkhidmatan kesihatan, pusat rujukandan penyelidikan dalam bidang obstetric & ginekologi yang diiktiraf di peringkat negara dan antarabangsa.
PIAGAM PELANGGAN
Tekad kami menguruskan pengurusan yang terancang dan berkualiti secara berterusan dalam :
- Memastikan pengurusan yang cekap dan berkesan dari segi ketepatan masa, pematuhan piawaian kualiti dan penggunaan sumber secara optimum selaras dengan peraturan-peraturan kewangan yang berkuatkuasa;
- Memastikan urusan penyediaan untuk semua lengkap diterima;
- Memastikan semua diuruskan dengan cekap, telus dan saksama mengikut peraturan-peraturan yang berkuatkuasa;
- Memastikan pengurusan diuruskan dengan lebih cekap, telus, amanah dan menepati masa;
- Memastikan urusan yang melibatkan diproses dengan adil, cekap dan tepat pada masa yang ditetapkan.
GENERAL OPERATIONAL POLICIES
- All referrals shall be in accordance with existing guidelines as stated in the “Garispanduan Rujukan” in the hospital.
- Cases under police custody shall be guarded by the police.
- All patients shall be supplied with four meals. Dietary guidelines produced by the Ministry of Health shall be followed.
- Patient’s diet shall be indented “on-line” through the registration system (Sistem Pengurusan Pesakit Dalam) where available.
- Patient’s meals shall be brought to the wards in bulk trolleys and plated at the ward pantry by the nursing staff.
- All female patients examined by the male medical staff shall be chaperoned by a female staff.
- An emergency trolley shall be made available at all times. The contents of trolley shall be checked regularly and replenished accordingly.
- The Baby Friendly Policy shall be in practice.Breast-feeding shall be encouraged.
- No infant Formula Milk Products samples shall be allowed in the ward. The “ Code of Ethics in relation to Infant Formula Milk (Tata Etika Susu Formula Bayi KKM 1995) ” shall be in practice.
- Formula milk shall only be supplied upon request in writing and verified by the ward sister concerned.
- Patients shall be charged according to the Fees (Medical) Order 1982.

- Provision of Elective And Emergency Caesarean Sections
- Provision of Postnatal Care
- Provision of Initial Immunization
- Provision of An Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit (EPAU)
- Provision of General Gynaecological Services
